Key Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years supervising and installing ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in computer systems, organizational skills, and project tracking.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Safety and Quality Focus: Experience conducting safety meetings, inspections, and completing QC/QA forms.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic project environments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and tracking systems.
- Lead and motivate roofing teams to achieve project milestones and exceed expectations.
